Job Description : DEPUTY MD GERMANY FOR AUTO Open to International candidates with 20 -25 years experience Leadership: Strong management background in manufacturing (sales, engineering, production) ???? Core Skills: • Strategic Planning & Risk Assessment • Efficiency, Productivity & Profitability Improvement • Accounting, Compliance & Risk Management • Personnel Management & Organizational Development • Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Reporting ???? What You’ll Do: • Assist the President in management strategy and execution • Drive organizational strengthening and prepare for succession • Oversee accounting, compliance, and risk frameworks • Report performance to CFO, CEO, and ASEAN Regional Head • Lead talent development and organizational building initiatives ? Ideal Background: • Executive/management experience • Prior experience in German origin companies preferred • Business?level English (mandatory) & German proficiency preferred • Master’s degree or higher
