Job Description : Manager F&A Role for our operations in Syrdarya, Uzbekistan. Company Name: Indorama Corporation ( Indorama Agro LLC) Location: Syrdarya, Uzbekistan Job Purpose The Finance & Accounts Manager is responsible for leading and governing the entire finance, accounts, costing, budgeting, taxation and compliance functions of IAL, ensuring financial discipline, statutory compliance, robust controls, and value-driven decision support to the business. Role & responsibilities · Lead end-to-end financial accounting, period closures, and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable standards and group policies. · Ensure full statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance, with proactive management of filings, assessments, and audits to eliminate compliance risk. · Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, enforcing financial discipline and accountability across functions. · Establish and maintain robust internal controls, SOPs, and governance mechanisms to safeguard assets and prevent financial leakages. · Oversee working capital management, including receivables, payables, and inventory accounting, to support cash flow and balance-sheet strength. · Lead cost accounting and cost control frameworks, ensuring transparent and reliable cost visibility across operations. · Manage all internal, statutory, and tax audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations and sustained corrective actions. · Deliver accurate MIS and management reports to business and country leadership, enabling efficient decision-making. · Develop a high-performing finance team, driving capability enhancement, process discipline, and succession readiness. · Ensure strict adherence to country and group finance policies, systems, and standardization initiatives as directed by the OpCo CFO. Preferred candidate profile · 15-20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (manufacturing preferred) · Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CA with MBA (Finance preferred) · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop teams · Ability to drive internal customer satisfaction and stakeholder alignment · Track record of cost savings and optimization initiatives · Strong knowledge of compliance
