Job Description : CHRO / HR Head | Facility Management | This is a mission-critical leadership role working directly with the CEO & Board to build and scale a people strategy in a large, workforce-intensive, multi-location environment. We are looking ONLY for HR Leaders from the Facility Management industry who can: • Lead large-scale, multi-location frontline workforce strategy with strong manpower planning and execution • Drive high-volume blue-collar hiring while ensuring speed, efficiency, and strong control on KPIs • Ensure robust compliance, IR, and multi-state labor governance in complex operating environments • Partner with business leaders to build leadership depth, drive HR tech adoption, and balance growth with service delivery JAMAICA ????
