Manager – Construction

Job Description : Manager – Construction (GCC / Mega Projects) role, responsible for leading end-to-end business and project operations within a large-scale construction environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced leader with strong strategic, commercial, and operational capabilities, capable of driving organizational performance, profitability, and sustainable growth. This role requires a proven track record in delivering mega construction projects (USD 100M+/SAR 350M+) across the GCC, with deep expertise in project execution, contracts (FIDIC), commercial management, and project controls. The successful candidate will oversee all key business functions including operations, finance, HR, and business development, while ensuring effective project delivery in terms of cost, quality, safety, and schedule. A strong focus will be placed on strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and business development, including identifying opportunities, securing new projects, and building long-term client relationships. The role also demands the ability to optimize organizational performance, manage risk, and ensure full compliance with regulatory and HSE standards. The ideal profile is a civil engineering graduate (MBA preferred) with 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the GCC construction sector, demonstrating strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
