Job Description : GM INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS OUT OF MUMBAI Reports to VP - Marketing Key Responsibilities · Responsible for Business Development, Sales Revenue, Brand Development, Customer Relationship, New Lead Generation in international arena. · Coordinate with overseas customers for product promotions, Price negotiations, quality and delivery issues. · Market information. · New product/ market / application identification and follow-up . · Subordinate development. · To assess and identify customers current and emerging needs. · Update on country/ region specific legal, statutory and compliance requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Experience 20+ years in marketing of speciality chemicals in domestic and international markets. Qualification Bachelor in Chem Engg/Science with MBA in Marketing. Age around 40-45 years Key attributes · Good communication skills, both verbal and written and interpersonal skills – Team player. · Pleasing personality, initiative and drive. Customer focus · Good decision making and ability to interact well with people at all levels. · Willingness to travel · Excellent customer service skills.
