Job Description : MANUFACTURING HEAD VANCOUVER CANADA Open to International candidates - Lead the factory setup, scale operations, and drive end-to-end manufacturing excellence •?At least 20 years of progressive management experience in medical consumables manufacturing •?Experience in factory setup or scale-up; proven team leadership (50-100+ workforce ideally) •?Strong end-to-end manufacturing leadership (production + planning + quality) •?Experience in regulated industry (ISO 13485 / medical / pharma preferred) •?Hands-on in automation / lean / process optimisation •?Dynamic, flexible and familiar with internationally mixed culture
