Job Description : Moulding Senior Engineer NIGERIA Location: Daslana Gujarat Experience Required: 15years Qualification: B. Tech/ Diploma in Plastics /CIPET Plan production activities according to customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products. Handle manpower effectively, allocating tasks efficiently on the shop floor. Implement rejection control measures to minimize defects and optimize product quality. Develop daily production plans, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement. Troubleshoot issues related to moulding processes and implement corrective actions. Knowledge about the audits (VSA, IATF & related audits of respected department) Know about the Ferromatic, TOYO, JSW moulding machines.
