Sales Manager
20 yearsJob Description : Sales Manager Tunisia Nationality Requirement: Non-Tunisian Key Responsibilities: 1_Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company objectives. 2_Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Expand and manage the distribution network across Tunisia and nearby markets. 3_Analyze market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities in the detergents sector. 4_Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with key clients. 5_Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. 6_Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional campaigns. 7_Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Oversee pricing strategies based on market conditions. Qualifications: 1_Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 2_Minimum 10–15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. 3_Proven experience in the detergents or FMCG industry is essential. 4_Experience in North African or similar markets is a strong advantage.
