Job Description : Sr. General Manager / AVP – Production Operations (OSD) BREMEN GERMANY Open to international candidates Experience: 20+ Years (Age: 45-50 Years) Qualification: M.Pharma / B.Pharm Key Responsibilities 1. Production Leadership & Operations Lead end-to-end production operations for OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) and liquid manufacturing Drive optimal capacity utilization, productivity improvement, and cost efficiency Ensure adherence to production schedules and delivery commitments Oversee operations across multiple manufacturing blocks 2. Regulatory Compliance & Audits Ensure full compliance with USFDA, cGMP, and global regulatory standards Act as the primary point of contact during regulatory inspections Must have led USFDA audits in the last 3 years Drive audit readiness and ensure closure of observations (483s, CAPAs) 3. Strategic & Succession Role Work closely with Plant Head on strategic initiatives and plant performance Act as a successor to the Plant Head role Contribute to long-term capacity expansion and operational strategy 4. Operational Excellence Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives Drive yield improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement Monitor KPIs and drive performance management systems 5. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead and manage a large workforce of ~1500 employees Develop second-line leadership and strengthen organizational capability Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D 6. Commissioning & Expansion Oversee commissioning of new manufacturing blocks Ensure smooth scale-up and integration with existing operations
