PHARMA QA MANAGER

Job Description : PHARMA QA MANAGER GCC We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our QA processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet the highest standards. As a QA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of projects. - Oversee quality assurance systems and procedures throughout the product lifecycle. - Collaborate with development and technical teams to identify, analyze, and resolve defects. - Prepare regular reports on product and service quality levels. - Lead and mentor QA performance team and ensure their continuous training. - Lead audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives. - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineer or any related field. - At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with previous experience as a QA Manager. - Proficiency with various testing tools and techniques - Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and guide a team. - Familiarity with modern quality assurance practices - In-depth knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
