Job Description : General Manager – Bioprocess DENMARK Open to International candidates Experience: 22+ years The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in bioprocessing and fermentation (fermentator systems) for both animal and human vaccines, along with strong leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence, compliance, and innovation. - Lead end-to-end bioprocess operations, including upstream (fermentation) and downstream processes - Ensure optimal performance of fermentators and related systems - Drive scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization - Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, R&D, and Production - Mentor and lead high-performing technical teams
