Job Description : Process Engineer- PE Company: MSSL Tooling FZE Location: Sharjah, Dubai Experience-10+ Years Qualification- Diploma-Mechanical Engineer Job Responsibility: 1. Experience in precision plastic 2K & 3K Injection Moulding industry. 2. Tool trial experience with input resource (2K & 3K process) 3. knowledge about the product & tool drawing and PPAP activities 4. He Should have thorough knowledge of injection Molding process, tools, trouble shooting. 5. Plastic raw material properties & its process behavior. 6. Preference for automotive plastics product manufacturing process. 7. Min of 5 years work experience in the core injection Molding is prerequisite with work on OEE Utilization, Efficiency, PPM, Cycle time. 8. Manpower handling& good behavior 9. Physical fit and responsible for assign job. 10. Basic awareness of TPM, PPAP, KAIZEN, 5W,5S, Poka yoke.
