Job Description : Head of IT Administration – Dubai | Global AI Platform I’m currently working on a senior leadership opportunity with a global AI company scaling rapidly across multiple international markets. This is not a typical IT role, you’ll be building and leading the entire global IT function from scratch, supporting a fast-growing, AI-native organisation operating across the UAE, Europe, and Asia. Candidate must have: • 12+ years in IT, with strong leadership experience • Background managing global, multi-location IT infrastructure • Deep expertise in Google Workspace & Slack (enterprise level) • Strong experience in cybersecurity, IT governance & compliance • Exposure to cloud environments, enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM) • Experience scaling IT in high-growth tech or international environments • Interest or experience in AI-driven / automated IT operations This role suits someone strategic but hands-on, who can build, scale, and optimise IT operations while embedding AI into how a company runs internally. ????
