Job Description : Finance & Accounts Manager – Ethiopia (Africa) ???? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to join our team in Ethiopia. ???? Location: Ethiopia ???? Role: Finance & Accounts Manager ???? Requirement: Candidate must be willing to relocate (single status preferred) ???? Key Responsibilities & Requirements: • Strong experience in Treasury Management across African markets • Proven exposure to African financial systems, banking, and regulations • Expertise in cash flow management, fund planning, forex handling, and banking relationships • Strong banking relations with local banks and ability to negotiate effectively • Ability to take decisions on MIS, audit matters, and resolving audit issues • Good understanding of IFRS and IND AS • Experience in accounts finalization, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment ???? Preferred Industry Background: • Manufacturing / Agri / Commodity / FMCG sectors • Prior working experience in African countries is mandatory ???? Qualification & Experience: • MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute • CA Inter (IPCC) passed / CMA qualified • Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience Head Finance ???? Angola | ???? 20–25 Years Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial planning & strategy • Manage finance teams • Ensure compliance & reporting
