Job Description : Facility Manager Northern Emirates UAE We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the overall facility operations The role involves ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace while delivering high-quality support services to employees and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management. Ensure smooth functioning of building infrastructure such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities. Oversee space planning, office layout, and workplace optimization initiatives. Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors and service providers. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Handle facility budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for office requirements, expansions, and projects. Drive workplace experience initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction. Lead emergency response planning and crisis management activities. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facilities Management / Administration or related field. 10–12 years of experience in facility management, preferably in MNCs or GCCs. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations. Experience in managing large office spaces and multi-vendor environments. Certification in Facility Management (IFM/FMP) will be an added advantage.
