Job Description : IT Head BERLIN GERMANY Open to International candidates We are looking for a seasoned IT leader to head the Information Technology function for a reputed pharmaceutical organization. The role will be responsible for driving IT strategy, digital transformation, infrastructure management, and regulatory-compliant systems across API and Formulations business operations. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals. Lead IT operations across manufacturing (API & Formulations), R&D, quality, and corporate functions. Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP, MES, LIMS, and data analytics platforms. Ensure robust IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection frameworks. Manage IT compliance with global regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, etc.). Oversee validation of computerized systems (CSV) and ensure audit readiness. Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, and integration with business systems. Manage IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and cost optimization initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing IT team across multiple locations. Collaborate with business leaders to enable technology-driven efficiency and innovation. Eligibility Criteria B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or related field. 20+ years of experience in IT, with significant exposure to Pharma (API & Formulations) companies only. Strong experience in regulated environments and compliance-driven IT systems. Proven leadership experience in managing large IT teams and complex projects. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and manufacturing IT systems (MES/LIMS).
