Job Description : Supply Chain Director London UK Indian company looking to hire suitable Indian candidates Company sponsors visa and is on 5 years contract Package GBP 120,000 PA + Family Accommodation + local allowance for boarding and transportation Medical covered for self and family Leave every 18 months Industry: FMCG / Food / Distribution The Supply Chain Director will take full ownership of the Group's end-to-end supply chain, covering procurement, imports, demand planning, warehousing, and distribution. The role is responsible for building a structured, scalable, and high-performing supply chain platform that supports business growth, improves efficiency and drives operational excellence across all entities. Job Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end supply chain function across all group companies. Develop and optimize global sourcing strategies and supplier relationships. Improve demand planning accuracy, forecasting processes, and inventory management. Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement, logistics, and operations. Enhance service levels across HoReCa, retail, and industrial channels. Establish robust supply chain processes, KPls, and governance frameworks. Ensure effective warehouse and distribution performance across all locations. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Partner closely with commercial and finance teams to align supply with business growth. • Ensure supply chain resilience, continuity, and scalability. Qualifications • Senior-level supply chain leadership with Mandatory experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution. • Strong expertise in imports, international sourcing, and supplier management. • Proven track record in high-growth and complex operational environments. • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable cost, efficiency, and service improvements. • Strong hands-on, execution-driven leadership style. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • MBA Degree and Supply Chain Post graduate Studies is Preferable. • 20+ years of Experience in Supply chain.
