Director – Safety

Job Description : Director – Safety (Corporate & Plant) CANADA Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) We are seeking an accomplished safety leader with extensive experience across Chemical, Agrochemical, Pharma, Petrochemical, Specialty Chemicals, and Pharma Intermediates sectors. This role will oversee both corporate safety strategy and plant-level safety execution across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: • Define and lead corporate safety vision, strategy, and policies • Oversee plant safety operations and ensure implementation at site level • Drive Process Safety Management (PSM) and risk governance • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and industry standards • Lead audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives • Strengthen safety culture across corporate and plant teams Experience: • Strong leadership experience in both corporate and plant safety roles • Deep knowledge of EHS, PSM, and process safety frameworks • Experience managing multi-site chemical/process operations
