Location: Middle East Reports To Managing Director / UHNWI Principal Job Summary: Responsible for developing and leading the overall security and protection strategy of the organization or principal. This role ensures the safety of people, assets, reputation, and operations by implementing world-class security protocols, risk mitigation strategies, and crisis management frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Security LeadershipDevelop and implement comprehensive security strategies aligned with organizational goals Advise senior leadership on risk exposure and mitigation Executive ProtectionOversee close protection for senior executives / UHNWI principals Plan secure travel, events, and high-risk movements Risk Assessment & Crisis ManagementConduct threat and vulnerability assessments Lead crisis response planning (natural disasters, political unrest, security breaches) Establish business continuity and emergency response plans Operational SecurityManage physical security operations across properties, offices, or residences Oversee access control, surveillance systems (CCTV), and perimeter security Team LeadershipLead and train security personnel, including close protection officers and guards Coordinate with external agencies (law enforcement, intelligence, private contractors) Technology & IntelligenceImplement advanced security technologies and monitoring systems Stay updated on global threat intelligence and emerging risks Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with local and international security regulations Develop policies, SOPs, and audit mechanisms Key Requirements: Proven experience in senior security leadership roles (military, law enforcement, or corporate security) Strong background in executive protection and high-risk environment management Experience handling UHNWI / luxury hospitality / multinational operations preferred Certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP, or equivalent are a plus Excellent crisis management, decision-making, and leadership skills High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality Preferred Background: Ex-Army / Special Forces / Intelligence / Police leadership roles | Ex Marine Experience in Middle East / international operations (for global roles
