Job Description : Regional Manager – SOUTH EUROPE(Women’s Western Wear Retail) Location: BARCELONA SPAIN Indian Ethnic wear brand looking for candidates with 15+ years experience We are hiring a dynamic Regional Manager – South for a leading retail group specializing in women’s western wear. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth and profitability across the South region Manage and oversee Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) formats Lead end-to-end retail operations including sales, VM, staffing, and store performance Handle a business portfolio exceeding ?100+ Crores Ensure strong execution, operational excellence, and team productivity Candidate Profile: Proven experience in apparel retail is mandatory Strong background in managing EBO and SIS formats Demonstrated capability in handling large-scale retail operations Preference for candidates with experience in women’s apparel segment
