Location: Zambia We are looking for a Finance Lead (Tax & Business Controller) to drive tax strategy, compliance, and financial control across key African markets including Zambia, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, and Mozambique. ???? Experience: 15–20 years ???? Strong in: International Tax, Transfer Pricing, IFRS, Compliance ???? Exposure to African tax systems & cross-border structures (SPVs, Europe) ???? Qualifications: Chartered Accountant ???? Role includes: Tax planning & jurisdiction analysis Managing compliance (VAT, corporate tax, WHT) Handling audits & statutory requirements Financial control, budgeting & group reporting ???? Ideal for candidates with multinational / consulting background and experience in Africa region.
