Job Description : HR OPERATIONS DUBAI leading Fit-out Contractor who are looking for a HR Operations Manager to join their team Key responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day HP operations, including employee records, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance with internal policies and labor laws • Develop and streamline HR processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience • Manage and support HR staff, ensuring proper training, performance management, and alignment with organizational goals • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, company policies, and audit requirements, addressing any risks proactively • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies, support workforce planning, and drive organizational effectiveness
