Job Description : Retail & Distribution Sales Lead Location: Lagos We are looking for a high-performing Retail & Distribution Sales Lead to drive both B2C and B2B revenue across retail stores, online platforms, and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing sales, expanding distribution networks, and leading a results-driven sales team. Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales growth across retail and distribution channels to meet revenue targets. * Develop and execute sales strategies for market expansion. * Manage and grow distributor and retail partner networks. * Increase product visibility and retail coverage across key markets. * Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance across channels. * Lead, train, and supervise field sales teams. * Identify new business opportunities and territories. * Ensure effective inventory planning and stock availability. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance. * Prepare and present regular sales reports to management Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * 10 years experience in retail and distribution sales (FMCG preferred). * At least 3–5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of route-to-market strategies. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Experience managing distributor networks. * Strong analytical and reporting skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales tools
