Job Description : CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER INDIAN MANUFACTURING COMPANY DRC LOOKING FOR Indian ex armed services with 20+ years service in armed forces At least 10 in manufacturing/security sector Manage entire depots and HO security arrangements. Gather security related information from the agencies and advising the management on preventive actions. Daily supervision of operations & security deployment at HO and Depots. Coordinating with different security service providers for the operations Daily monitoring and patrolling at site. Monthly visiting of different depots for the supervising. Negotiation with different service providers for the services that will be rendered to the company. Checking and processing the security services bills monthly. Assessing and arranging the security for high profile visitors. Conduct Monthly security drills. Reporting to the management on any incidents Conduct the internal investigations for the incidents happen. Coordinate with outside security agencies. Accountabilities’ Ensuring that Security of the company. On-going compliance with Local Laws and regulations related to security. Periodic report to be made to Management Overall Management of security operatives at all locations.
