Job Description : VP HR UK Open to International candidates a leading $1B+ service organization to identify a Vice President of Human Resources. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s HR strategy, with a strong emphasis on HR transformation, Workday implementation, and scalable people operations. This role will serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, aligning human capital initiatives with business objectives across a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational growth and operational goals Serve as a trusted partner to the executive team, providing insight on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across multiple functional areas Workday Implementation & Transformation Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Workday Drive process standardization, system integration, and data integrity across HR functions Partner cross-functionally with IT and Finance to ensure successful deployment and adoption Payroll & HR Operations Oversight Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across a multi-state workforce Establish and enhance HR policies, procedures, and internal controls Drive continuous improvement across HR operations, systems, and reporting Talent & Organizational Development Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies Support leadership development and performance management initiatives Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Qualifications 18++ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within logistics, transportation, or industrial environments Proven experience leading a Workday implementation or major HRIS transformation Strong background in payroll oversight and HR operations within a complex, multi-state organization Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels Experience partnering with executive leadership and driving enterprise-wide initiatives
