FORMULATION HEAD

Job Description : FORMULATION HEAD SWEDEN Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Formulation Development activities for sterile products (Injectables, Lyophilized, etc.) Design and develop robust sterile formulations as per regulatory guidelines Handle technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing scale Ensure compliance with cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, WHO regulatory standards Supervise process optimization, validation batches, and scale-up activities Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production, RA) Manage analytical data review, stability studies, and documentation Drive innovation and troubleshooting in formulation and process development Lead and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and productivity Ensure readiness for regulatory audits and inspections Strong experience in Sterile Injectable Formulation Development Exposure to lyophilized & liquid injections Proven leadership experience in handling teams and projects
