Job Description : Site Operations Head – Nutraceuticals AUSTRALIA a leading Nutraceuticals Excipients Manufacturing Plant. Open to International candidates Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field (MBA preferred) Experience: 20+ Years (Manufacturing / Nutraceuticals / Pharma Industry) ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain Ensure efficient manufacturing of nutraceutical excipients & mineral products as per regulatory standards Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and productivity improvements Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and other regulatory guidelines Oversee plant budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring Implement process improvements, automation, and lean practices Manage cross-functional teams and maintain high safety & engagement standards Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, and corporate teams for product quality and innovation Ensure timely dispatches and effective inventory management Handle audits, inspections, and statutory compliance requirements ????
