Job Description : AUTO Plant Head - Injection Moulding DUSSELDOF GERMANY Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience German speakers preferred Lead overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Logistics Drive production planning and ensure achievement of daily/monthly targets Implement best practices in injection moulding processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements (PPM reduction, audits, etc.) Monitor plant KPIs: OEE, rejection rates, downtime, cost control Develop and implement cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) Manage manpower planning, team development, and performance management Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and environmental norms Drive new project implementation, machine installation, and ramp-up activities
