This is a pivotal leadership role driving global hiring strategy, employer branding, and talent delivery across major infrastructure, development, and complex programme environments. ???? Key Responsibilities * Define and execute global TA strategy aligned to project and business growth * Build and enhance employer brand across key international markets * Lead and scale a high-performing global TA team * Deliver end-to-end recruitment across project management, engineering, and leadership roles * Establish best-in-class onboarding and candidate experience frameworks * Partner with C-suite and project leadership on workforce planning and mobilisation ???? Requirements * 12–18+ years in Talent Acquisition with global leadership experience * Strong background in project management, engineering consultancy, or infrastructure * Proven experience building TA functions within project-driven environments * Ability to operate at Executive / Board level * Experience hiring across GCC, Europe, APAC or global markets ????
