Job Description : Manager - Security & Surveillance GUYANA Age : Max. 50 years 15+ years experience Job Description: • Oversee daily security and surveillance operations across assigned locations. • Manage and supervise security personnel and vendors. • Ensure effective monitoring of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis. • Handle incident management, investigations, and reporting. • Implement and enforce security SOPs, policies, and statutory compliance. • Prepare MIS, incident reports, and updates for management review. Skill & Qualification Requirements : • Candidates must be Ex-Army, Navy, or Air Force officer with Prior experience in security & surveillance management is essential. • Excellent communication and coordination skills with an ability to handle high-pressure and critical situations.
