CEO / Business Head – Nigeria Operations This is a high-impact, P&L leadership role with complete ownership across multiple business verticals, driving operational excellence, governance, and long-term strategic growth. ???? Key Highlights: Full P&L ownership across Nigeria businesses Drive integration, efficiency, and capacity optimization Build strong governance & compliance frameworks Engage with government bodies, DFIs & key stakeholders Lead and build a high-performing leadership team ???? Ideal Profile: Proven experience in CEO / Business Head / COO roles Strong exposure to Nigeria (preferred) Background in manufacturing, FMCG, agro, or industrial sectors Finance-first leaders with strong commercial acumen will be highly valued Ability to thrive in complex, emerging market environments ????
