The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, production planning, and business leadership. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, improve plant performance, streamline business functions, and support long-term organizational growth. ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: • Oversee end-to-end company operations across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, finance, HR, and administration • Lead plant operations with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability • Ensure smooth coordination between production, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams • Monitor manufacturing KPIs, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives • Strengthen supply chain processes and inventory management systems • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational policies • Build and lead high-performing teams across departments • Provide regular strategic and operational reporting directly to the CEO ????????????????????????????????????????????????: • Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as GM / Business Head / Plant Head / Operations Head • Strong background in Plastic Manufacturing, Household Products, FMCG Packaging, or related industries • Excellent understanding of plant operations, production management, and supply chain functions • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitability and business growth • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in scaling operations and improving manufacturing efficiency
