20 yearsJob Description : PLASTIC QUALITY HEAD UAE To Maintain high standard of quality of all processes. Responsible for Customer complain, Audits, National and International approvals Qualifications, Experience and skills CIPET (PGD-PPT) + iso 9001-2015 Lead Auditor + Six Sigma Black Belt Total Experience: More than 18+ Years -Testing skill / knowledge for the plastic pipe, fittings, others plastic product as per different international standard since -Having skill for Manufacturing technique / Product defect, troubleshooting, customer requirement and standard requirement -Auditing skill accordance to ISO and product Approval requirement including process audit and product audit -All Process monitoring skill to identify the failure of Brocken process, Analysis those, to be find Root cause, and taken Positive CA/PA Job Responsibilities: Approvals: Discussed with all national and international certification body to arrange, audit, testing as per agreement. To provide sufficient effort for existing approval and new approval including consultant, and external providers Audits and QHSE: To conduct an internal audit for all processes, to comply with manuals and procedure Take care of all standard and audit-required system documents. Take care of HSE requirements, all relevant works Inspection and Testing: To make sure, all the product and service for the customer has to be as per customer and standard requirement only. Inspection and take decision for all the incoming material and delivery FG product To conduct the testing as per standard to every batch wise Highlight the internal issues related to product quality and analysis of % rejection and relevant to this Highlight and issue NCR against major breakdown, Major downtime Highlight the major defect related to product, discussed with Cross-Functional team. To improve the major failure which needs to meet the customer requirement. Sitting with process owner and relevant department for finding the opportunities and eliminate the risk. Customer Support: Support to sales man, Sales coordinator for technical clarification. Provide them samples and documents wherever as required Take care of customer complaints, and solutions as required Internal Training: Arrange and conduct individual training based on internal NCR and Cost of quality analysis To complete the additional work which is given by management Key deliverables -Customer complain solution and management -Technical issue short-out and solution -Test report and other necessary record for easy work flow -identify the cost of quality and degree of quality -Verify the product quality on time
