Job Description : AMC Manager – HVAC (B2B After Sales) Location: Dubai - UAE Responsibilities: 1. Lead B2B HVAC after-sales operations (warranty & out-of-warranty). 2. Drive AMC revenue targets and establish processes, manpower, and go-to-market strategy. 3. Manage spares sales and pricing in coordination with B2B sales channels. 4. Define case-to-case warranty and compensation charges for B2B projects. 5. Lead and manage service teams to ensure operational excellence. - 10+ years HVAC experience in Service & AMC, with minimum 3 years in leadership. - Strong HVAC technical knowledge with hands-on process & policy setup experience. - Proven ability to lead 15+ technicians/supervisors. - 5+ years UAE/GCC experience required.
