Senior Commercial Manager

Job Description : Senior Commercial Manager Downtown Dubai Salary Confidential To oversee the strategic and operational performance of a high-value commercial real estate asset. To maximize asset value through effective space management, operational efficiency, and financial stewardship, ensuring the property meets long-term investment objectives. · Asset Performance: Drive the financial and operational performance of the asset, implementing strategies to optimize space utilization and enhance the property’s market position. · Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all occupiers within the asset, ensuring a premium, professional environment that supports long-term tenancies. · Operational Oversight: Direct all daily building operations, including facilities management, security, and housekeeping, ensuring a seamless, safe, and high-specification environment. · Financial Management: Manage the asset’s P&L, budgeting, and expenditure controls to deliver on financial targets and operational efficiency. · Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and oversee third-party contracts (MEP, cleaning, security, technology) to ensure service level compliance and cost effectiveness. · Strategic Projects: Lead fit-out, refurbishment, and building improvement projects in coordination with owners and external consultants. · Experience: Proven senior leadership within commercial real estate, property management, or asset management. (Background in hospitality is a plus but not required). · Skills: Strong commercial acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to operate autonomously without day-to-day supervision. Must be a self-starter. · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or RICS accreditation preferred). · Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI), lease management software, and advanced MS Excel.
