Job Description : PLANT GM ROMANIA Open to International candidates 20+ years in rubber moulding, specifically with vertical machines. Team Structure: Lead a direct team of 5-6 members, including Heads of Production, Quality, Maintenance Education: Full-time BE/B.Tech Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in rubber moulding with vertical machines is essential. Senior Leadership: Proven ability to manage a complete manufacturing facility and lead diverse HOD-level teams. Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of rubber compounding, mould design, and high-volume automotive/industrial part manufacturing. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate a multicultural environment and report effectively to an international MD. Plant Operations Management: Lead daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, machine efficiency, and resource optimization. Technical Leadership: Oversee vertical rubber moulding processes, troubleshoot machinery, and ensure optimal process parameters for moulding and curing. Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a cross-functional team of HODs across Production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, HR, and Sales. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives like TPM, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing. Operational Excellence: Enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), First Pass Yield
