Sales Manager

Job Description : Sales Manager (Home Appliances) Location: Dubai - UAE At Hisense, we’re looking for a results-driven Retail Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence across the Organized Retail (OR) channel in the UAE. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow relationships with key retailers to enhance brand visibility and in-store performance - Plan and execute channel marketing & sell-out initiatives to drive market share - Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions per retailer - Collaborate with product marketing teams to execute strategic growth plans at store level - Ensure optimal inventory levels and manage PSI effectively - Keep partners updated on new product launches, pricing, and promotions - Work cross-functionally to ensure successful product rollouts and regional campaigns - Build long-term partnerships with buyers, category managers, and sales teams What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field - Must have 7–10 years of UAE experience in sales management within consumer electronics (home appliances). - Solid understanding of UAE Organized Retail landscape - Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting and performance tracking tools Be part of a fast-growing global brand Work in a dynamic, performance-driven environment Opportunity to make a real impact in the retail business
