Job Description : Service Director – Power / Diesel Engines | Abu Dhabi ???? Salary: Up to AED 45,000 + benefits I’m currently working with a leading industrial group in Abu Dhabi to appoint a Service Director within their Power division. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for a multi-site service operation covering diesel engines and - Has a strong background in diesel engines / gensets / power systems - Comes from an OEM or major distributor environment - Has led workshop and field service teams - Minimum 15 experience in service operations within diesel engines, power systems, or heavy equipment environments and 5 years+ in a senior leadership role - Understands service operations, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance - Full operational and P&L responsibility - A well-established platform with strong market presence - Opportunity to lead and grow a high-impact service business - Open to candidates locally and internationally
