Budget: 40–45 LPA We are looking for a seasoned Finance Head with strong experience in the retail industry to lead financial strategy and operations for a growing organization. * Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting * Drive P&L management, cost optimization & profitability * Oversee compliance, taxation, audits & regulatory requirements * Manage cash flow, working capital & financial risk * Partner with leadership for strategic decision-making * Proven experience as Finance Head / Senior Finance Leader in retail * Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting & compliance * Experience in handling large-scale operations and team management * CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
