Own Multi-year Plans, Stakeholder Mapping, & Governance (QBRs, Executive Reviews) Revenue Growth: Drive YoY Growth via Cross-sell/up-Sell; lead large, Complex deal Pursuits Client Engagement: Build CXO-level relationships; lead executive interactions & Global forums Deal Making: Negotiate MSAs, pricing, & long-term partnerships balancing growth & Margins Delivery Oversight: Align internal Teams, Manage risks, & ensure Delivery excellence Market Insights: Track trends, Competition, & drive inputs on Capability Building Leadership: Influence Cross-functional teams & Mentor Account leaders Governance: Own pipeline, forecasting, CRM Discipline, & Business Reviews Impact Enterprise Account expansion (multi-million $ Growth) Improved win rates & Client Retention Strong influence on Strategic Priorities B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. / Chemical Engineering (MBA Preferred) 15–20 years in BD / Enterprise Accounts within CDMO / Pharma Services Strong track record with Global Pharma Clients
