PRODUCTION HEAD

Job Description : PRODUCTION HEAD KRAKOW POLAND Open to International candidates Production Head - Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) Overall Production Leadership: Head and control end-to-end EBM production operations to meet output, quality, and cost targets. Process Excellence: Optimize process parameters to ensure consistent product quality with minimal rejection and wastage. People & Shift Management: Lead, mentor, and manage production teams across shifts to achieve high productivity. Quality, Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food-grade manufacturing standards, GMP, FSSAI, and BRC requirements. Machine & Mold Management: Oversee mold changes, machine setup, trials, and new product developments. Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance of EBM machines. MIS & Reporting: Review and validate production MIS, rejection analysis, efficiency reports, and corrective actions. Continuous Improvement & 5S: Drive operator training, safety awareness, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Strong expertise in Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) operations Hands-on exposure to Kautex, Bekum, Uniloy or similar EBM machines Excellent knowledge of HDPE & PP polymer processing Proven ability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process control Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills B.E. in Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer, or Production Engineering 18+ years in EBM operations, with prior experience in a lead / head-level role preferred
