Job Description : Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) GCC We are seeking a highly experienced Group CFO to lead the financial strategy of a diversified group operating across Fintech, Construction, Mobile Distribution, and other sectors. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, governance, and long-term value creation across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities: • Lead group-wide financial strategy, planning, and performance management • Oversee capital allocation, investment decisions, and financial structuring • Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management • Drive M&A activities, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors • Manage relationships with investors, banks, and key stakeholders Requirements: • 10–15 years of senior financial leadership experience • CPA or CFA is required (MBA is a plus) • Strong experience in multi-entity or international environments • Proven expertise in financial strategy, M&A, and capital allocation • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
