This role blends strategy, execution, and innovation—from plant expansion to operational excellence and R&D. ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Strategic Leadership ???? Drive long-term manufacturing & project strategies ????? Lead expansion, modernization & relocation initiatives ?? Champion productivity, cost optimization & sustainability ? Ensure compliance with food safety & regulatory standards ???? Operations Excellence ?? Deliver production targets (quality, cost, timelines) ???? Improve OEE & operational efficiency ???? Optimize manpower, machinery & resources ????? Lead maintenance, troubleshooting & crisis management ???? Drive digitalization & automation ???? Project Management ???? Execute Capex & infrastructure projects end-to-end ???? Manage budgets, timelines & quality benchmarks ???? Coordinate with contractors, consultants & authorities ???? Conduct feasibility & investment analysis ???? R&D / NPD Leadership ???? Drive innovation & product development strategies ???? Optimize formulations & raw material costs ???? Scale pilot trials into industrial production ???? Collaborate on packaging & market-aligned product launches ???? Who We’re Looking For ?? B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology (or related field) ?? 15+ years in FMCG / Food Manufacturing ?? 3–5 years in leadership roles ?? Strong expertise in food safety (ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, HSE) ?? Proven experience in plant operations & project execution ???? Success Metrics (KPIs) ?? Project delivery timelines ???? Cross-functional collaboration ???? Documentation & execution quality ????
