Role Overview A leading project developer is seeking a CFO to lead the entire financial function of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established to deliver a major capital project. You will oversee financial close, project execution, and compliance, ensuring bankability and investor confidence. Reporting to the CEO and the Board. 2. ???? Key Responsibilities · Lead all financial aspects of the SPV, from financial close through to project completion and handover. · Develop and manage relationships with lenders, investors, and government stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all financing agreements. · Oversee project budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and cash flow management, providing strategic insights to the project team. 7. · Lead financial due diligence, corporate finance activities, and negotiations for project agreements and debt financing. 2. ???? Leadership Expectations · A senior finance leader with deep, specialized knowledge of SPV governance and project finance for capital-intensive sectors. · A proven track record in structuring debt, arranging financing, and managing financial close for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. · Strong commercial and contractual understanding to manage complex agreements and financial risks. ????
