Location: Oman Key Requirements: • Mandatory 10+ years’ experience in plant operations / manufacturing / production management • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related field) required • Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end shop floor operations • Strong experience in production planning, target delivery, and downtime reduction • Mandatory experience in cost control, budgeting, and operational optimization • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems (Management Representative experience preferred) • Proven leadership experience managing production, maintenance, and cross-functional teams
