The Role: We are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Business Manager to lead and scale operations in Hong Kong. This is a high-impact role responsible for owning overall business performance in the region. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets Manage partners, vendors, and key stakeholders Lead and develop a high-performing team Own P&L and optimize business performance Oversee day-to-day operations and reporting Represent the company in the local market Identify and onboard strategic partners to expand market presence Requirements: 10+ years in business management / retail / startup environments Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills Candidate must be based in Hong Kong
