Job Description : Head of Project Finance – Infrastructure Fund | Dubai ???? Role Overview A leading developer and a sovereign-backed entity are seeking a Head of Project Finance to lead the structuring, execution, and optimization of landmark, multi-billion dollar financing packages. Reporting to the CFO. ???? Key Responsibilities · Lead the strategic origination, structuring, and execution of complex project financing for a major portfolio (e.g., power, water, renewable energy, and social infrastructure). · Negotiate with a wide range of financiers, including international commercial banks, DFIs, and export credit agencies (ECAs), to secure optimal terms. · Drive the creation of sophisticated, bankable financial models and lead due diligence for debt and equity transactions. · Mentor a high-performing project finance team and manage key advisor relationships (legal, technical, insurance). ???? Leadership Expectations · Deep expertise in securing and executing non-recourse or limited-recourse project finance for large-scale capital projects. · A strong track record of negotiating, documenting, and closing complex, multi-sourced financing deals. · Proven team leadership, with the ability to manage multiple high-value transactions concurrently. ???? Annual Salary: $350,000 – $500,000 (tax-free) + executive housing, schooling allowance, family medical, annual flights, long-term incentives (LTI)
