Job Description : Production Manager (Soap Manufacturing) USD 3,000, Luanda Angola We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Production Manager to oversee our soap manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep mastery of the chemical processes and industrial production of translucent soaps and premium beauty soaps. This is a leadership role requiring a blend of technical expertise, operational efficiency, and a commitment to international quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the full production lifecycle of translucent and beauty soaps, ensuring clarity, fragrance retention, and texture meet premium standards. Implement and refine manufacturing processes to maximize yield while maintaining strict cost controls. Ensure all batches comply with international safety and quality benchmarks. Supervise, train, and mentor the production team to ensure a safe and productive working environment. Manage raw material inventory, machinery maintenance schedules, and production timelines to meet market demand. Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in soap manufacturing. Proven expertise in the formulation and production of translucent (glycerin) soaps and beauty/toilet soaps. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale manufacturing facilities and diverse teams. Ability to troubleshoot formulation issues and mechanical bottlenecks on the production line. Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: $3,000 USD (Net Take-Home Salary).
