FACILITY DIRECTOR

Job Description : FACILITY DIRECTOR UAE 25+ years experience covering 5 sites We are hiring a high-impact India Facility Lead to drive end-to-end facility operations across 3 Offices and 2 Manufacturing Units in UAE Key Responsibilities: • Manage facility operations across corporate offices and factory locations • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintenance & infrastructure readiness • Drive vendor management, contract negotiation & SLA adherence • Oversee workplace services – hospitality, onboarding support, admin coordination • Lead preventive maintenance, infrastructure uptime & workspace planning • Ensure statutory compliance, safety & audit readiness • Manage budgets, cost optimization & financial discipline • Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin & Operations stakeholders Key Requirements: • 25+ years in facility management (corporate + industrial setup) • Experience managing multi-location operations including manufacturing units • Strong vendor ecosystem network & negotiation skills • Solid understanding of compliance, safety & statutory requirements • Strong execution mindset with excellent stakeholder management Must-Have Skills: • Strong communication & presentation skills • Languages: English, Hindi ( Arabic an advantage) • High ownership, adaptability & problem-solving ability • Detail-oriented with a passion for service excellence
