Job Description : Head of Operations We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and performance-driven Head of Operations to lead the company’s operational excellence across retail stores, e-commerce, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and customer fulfillment. This role is critical in driving efficiency, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution, optimizing supply flow, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the company’s continued growth across all business channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all retail and e-commerce operational activities. Manage warehousing, logistics, inventory control, and distribution performance. Ensure effective stock planning, replenishment, and product availability across all channels. Drive operational integration between physical stores and online platforms. Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable processes. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets and service excellence. What We Are Looking For: Proven leadership experience in operations management. Strong exposure to retail, e-commerce, supply chain, warehousing, and logistics. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver measurable business results.
